12:00 pm Ayurvedic massage
1:30 pm Lunch
3:30 pm to 4:00 pm Yoga Nidra (A deep sleep relaxation in Shavasana)
4:30 pm Bicycle ride around Fort Kochi, the Jewish quarters and sunset at the Chinese fishing nets
8:00 pm Dinner at Ayana Fort Kochi with live classical music

About Natasha Mahindra

 

Natasha Mahindra is a certified yoga therapist and owner of Anam Cara Yoga Retreats. She completed her first teacher training in Ashtanga vinyasa with Sonja Appel followed by another teacher training in Hatha Vinyasa under Bharat Shetty. She then went ahead and completed her yoga therapy training with the Kripalu centre in Massachusetts, hoping to take her teaching into more therapeutic areas. Stepping beyond the realms of traditional asanas she enjoys sufi whirling, discovering ancient systems of practice for women and conducts yoga for children. She has conducted several retreats all over India from the Andamans to the Himalayas bringing yoga, travel and adventure together to open our minds and reconnect with our spiritual energies.
